Reservations & cancellations policies

To secure your reservation, you must pay 50% of the total nights requested to block the dates on the calendar. The remaining balance must be strictly settled upon arrival at the property, either in cash or through a bank transfer.

Upon reserving the nights, the rental agreement, signed by the landlord, will be sent via email. The tenant must return the signed agreement.

A damage deposit of $3,500 MXN must be provided before the arrival date. This deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours after check-out if there are no damages to the property.

House Rules

1. NO SMOKING
   Smoking is not allowed inside the house; it's only permitted outdoors.

2. PETS
   Pets are allowed, but there is an additional cost of $200 per pet.

3. NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS
   You are welcome to have guests visit and stay with you in the house, but overnight stays are not permitted. Guests are welcome between 8 am and 10 pm.

4. EVENTS
   If you plan to host an event, there is a charge of $500 per additional person who is not registered in the reservation.

5. 12 PERSONS LIMIT
   The maximum sleeping capacity is 12 people; no more are allowed.

6. ADDITIONAL CLEANING COST
   If the property is left in a significantly unclean condition after your departure, beyond what a courteous traveler typically leaves behind, such as dirty kitchenware, excess trash in the bins, stains on the floor, and dirty walls, an additional fee of $1,000 pesos will be applied.

7. ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR DAMAGES AND MISSING ITEMS
   Upon property handover, an inspection will be conducted to ensure there are no damages or missing items, such as TVs, remote controls, kitchenware, glassware, mirrors, etc. If any discrepancies are found, they will be assessed, and the respective charges will apply.
